Our Product Design Strategy is describing how to design our products and services towards an aligned North Star direction for the Munters master brand within AirTech.

It is a framework for designing premium, unified experiences aligned with our Master Brand and AT vision.

The Development Process
From initial discussions to final formulation, the process was enriched by diverse perspectives and expertise. Numerous departments, teams, and individuals across the organization dedicated their time, effort, and insights to shaping this strategy.
The result is a strategy that embodies our collective wisdom and shared vision for the future. It was meticulously developed through extensive discussions, workshops, and feedback sessions. My contributions to this project primarily included gathering participant insights, facilitating events, and creating visual concepts for the final document.
